We are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Specialist for an immediate start, working with our client in the resource sector.
To be successful in this position you will have:

Strong knowledge in all aspects of contract management

Experience in business risk assessment

Skills to develop and analyse contract documents including interpretation of contract scope, term and conditions etc.

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

A suitable qualification

A minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
Exposure to complex engineering projects would be an advantage as would a strong commercial background
